GUARANTOR DETAILS

Please give details below of the person willing to be your guarantor. We will then write to them asking them to sign a letter confirming they are happy to be your guarantor. Once we receive this letter back we can then issue the tenancy agreement for you and your housemates to sign.

Please note, by giving your email address and your guarantors email address you consent to both being visible by other students and guarantors in your group when sending out the contract to be signed via Adobe Sign.

After you have submitted your form, we will contact you to confirm acceptance and give you details as to where to pay your deposit. (This is normally one months rent). Your deposit will be held in the Deposit Protection Scheme.

Please note we cannot guarantee your room until all the above is completed.
